Left sided upper abdominal pain

Earlier today, I wasn't feeling well. I was very exhausted, nauseated and had a moment of cold sweats. Just a moment of that nothing after that. Throughout the day, I started getting this dull pain on my left side within my ribcage. It feels a little tender to touch. I haven't had an appetite in the past couple of days. I had diarrhea though about 5-6 times Tuesday, because I have been under a lot of stress. I have been under stress for a few weeks to be honest. I have had brief periods of dull shoulder pain too. I'm afraid this could be a ruptured spleen or something. Can you help me out and tell me what it might be?
