Liver Cancer and Safe Birth Control

My stepmother is in remission right now after enduring liver cancer. She needs to know the best and most safe type of birth control for her that will not release estrogen or progesteron. That is very important because she also has a blood condition having to do with the amount of iron in her blood called, Hemachromatosis. Can you please suggest a type of birth control for her that does not release either of those?
