Liver Lesions

I had an ultrasound done Wed for pain in upper right part of stomach. It feels like a burning pain. I am tired all the time. They found several liver lesions ranging in size from 2cm-5.7cm. My liver is enlarged to 18cm and my liver enzymes are elevated in the 90's. I am 27/female healthy don't smoke. No prior health problems but I am currently 4 1/2 months pregnant so I can't get a MRI or CT scan to see what the lesions are. I am worried it is liver cancer. The doctor says it is probably hemangiomos or ademonas. How worried should I be?

P.S-my little sister has cervical cancer and had a large pre cancerous colon polyp removed last year. She is 21 yrs.

That must be very stressful. I'd try not to worry about cancer at this point, hemangiomas and andeomas are far more common than liver cancer.

One thing I'd do is have a blood test and have a full hepatic blood panel done and also a blood test to check for Hepatitis B and C to make sure you are not dealing with those. You might want to see a liver specialist (heptologist)There isn't much you can do until you give birth so try not to worry and enjoy your pregnancy.
