Liver Trouble?

Help!  My hands lately have been swelling, red, and painful.  They are almost always cold too.  The veins are very blue and visable too. It has been going on without relief for two weeks.   In addition I have new Spider telangiectasias on my face.   I have been to my doctor several times.  He has diagnosed me with Rosacea and I will be seeing a dermatologist soon.  I am terrified something is wrong.  I cannot help but think of partying way too much in college and the years after.  The last 6 years or so I usually have a glass of wine (sometimes 2) with dinner.  I haven't had a drop in almost three months b/c I was so nervous to see Spider telangiectasias developing.  My doctor did a series of tests and all of my LFT's came back normal

BILIRUBIN, TOTAL 0.7
BILIRUBIN, DIRECT 0.1
GGT 10
ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE 48
Also Also Hepatitis tests negative, Negative ANA and RHEUMATOID FACTOR
I keep looking up  palmar erythema on the internet and it says cirrhosis can show this symptom.  Recently I have totally lost my appetite too.  My doctor says that there is no way I have cirrhosis, but I thought you couldn't tell that from just blood tests.  He said I would have other symptoms and while some LFTs might be normal, others would go up.  He will be refering me to a Rhuematologist.

I cannot get over feeling something is wrong.  I am focusing on my super red hands and obsessing.  Lately my stomach has been bothering me.  I'm not sure if I am so anxious that it is causing other problems or just another symptom.

Am I obsessing or should I try to get a ultrasound or CAT of my liver?

Just curious, why does your Dr. want to send you to a Rhuematologist?
If I were you, I would go for the Ultrasound of liver, there is no radiation and you will
get some relief.  I do think if you had some kind of alcohol induced liver disease your
LFT's would show something!!!  Either way I would go for the US for peace of mind.
