Liver cysts

I was recently diagnosed with diverticulitis on the lower right side of the colon as a result of a CT scan. I also had a CT scan of the kidneys to rule out kidney stones. The CT of the abdomen turned up a liver cyst. A subsequent sonogram of the abdomen has noted multiple liver cysts. An MRI is recommended. I would appreciate feedback regarding the liver cysts in light of the recent finding.
