Liver damage in a toddler

I have read about and heard that infant tylenol, if overdosed, can cause liver damage. My question is, could a toddler get sick from an overdose 1 month afterwards? Could it have gone into the liver but not shown up on a blood test? Would a toddler still be sick because of it 1 month after overdosing on the infant tylenol?

Take the child IMMEDIATELY to a very good expert pediatric doctor!!! Tell the expert doctor exactly what happened, and how much of an overdose of the tylenol the child had! DON'T WAIT UNTIL IT COULD BE TOO LATE TO TREAT THE CHILD!!!

There are treatments that could help the child. Go to the doctor NOW!!! Good luck to you, and I hope the child gets better fast!
