Liver function test

Liver function test

I was diagnosed with Autoimmune Hepatitis about 2 1/2 years ago.  My biopsy was fine at the time of the original diagnoses - very little damage.  I have been off of all medications for the last 1 1/2 years, but had recently started feeling bad again, with different symptoms (nausea and jaundice which i didn't have previously).  My labwork came back - 208 ALK Phosphatase - 1177 AST - 1321 ALT.  My doctor has put be back on Prednisone and has also put me on Imuran.  Should there be any need for another liver biopsy?
