Liver hemangiomas - GERD slight pain on left abdomen?

Doctor did a ultrasound and thinks it is liver hemangioma about 1cm. But have to do an MRI this week as well and also swallow a small camera to see if there are any ulcers, etc.... Sometimes I have a shoulder pain on my left.... is it truly hemangioma or something else... and what about the Acid Reflux having to do with this liver hemangiomas?? Thanks

Current symptoms:

1. Throat feels like there is phelgm all the time.. and have to keep spitting. Doctor prescribed Nexium. Initially was on Prilosec ...... they do work for the first few hours but now still feel the same.

2. Do not feel heartburn but know it is due the acid reflux causing it. I was also prescribed Achipex previously but did not work well and also Carafate. I take Tums extra strength sometimes. No problems with Stools for now... previously had itch around the anal muscles area but that subsided. ideas?
