Loose stool in morning last 1 month

I get single loose stool (with pressure) in the morning since last 1 1/2 months. One month back doctor prescribed me ofloxacin but I didn't take it as last time I took antibiotic, I got skin fungal infection. Routine stool test is normal. Now another doctor has given me probiotic and ordered CBC-ESR, CRP and routine culture test. Can it still be any infection if stool routine and culture is nromal ?. Should I take antibiotic anyway. Doctor doubts it inflamation (inflammation)/swelling and wants colonoscopy...Advice
