Loose stool with Blood

What are the symptoms of Loose stool with blood?
Doctor says "Extrinsic bulge seen over posterior wall of rectum multiple patches of hyperemia and congestion seen over rectum upto Flexure".
It also says in the Medical Report" Impression: Left sided Colitis? Radiation Induced extrinsic rectal Bulge. ?K/C of operated case of sacral chordoma with radiotherapy)


Useful Information:- Patient says, "He cannot walk fast and whenever he does then he feels pain in the stomach. Moreover, he had a tumor earlier which hasn't completely recovered".
What are the measures that can be taken before or after consulting with a Doctor in order to cure it?

Please help me with all the informations which can be useful to the patient as much as possible.

Despite whatever else might be going on, make sure the doctor tests the stool for C. Diff. bacteria.
