I have a history of abdominal pains throughout my life. Have been hospitalized a few times for severe pain but never a real diagnosis other than IBS back in 1988. I have had 4 episodes where there was high fever vomiting and diarrhea. 13/2003 12/2004 14/2007 and 11/2007 I was told once it was 24 hour bug, another time food poisoning and one Dr even suspected poisoning, but all labs/screenings OK.. The last episode was really different. Several weeks before I noticed a few things that might be key, I bruised easily.. I developed tinnitus on one side and red bumps on skin with dermatologist called cherry Angoras and not to worry, had vision problems like flashing lights, information in the sinus that found no relief . My primary noted I had ketones in urine and BP was  in 150's normally under 110. Another issue I took lightly was an early feeling of fullness.

I was undergoing extreme anxiety after a $200k loss in the stock market which I am sure didn't help. During the 3 days of illness I suffered sharp stabbing pains in all regions of my abdomen, especially the 4 corners, felt like burning/stabbing at the same time. My wife advised it was just another bug and not to wasted money at the ER.  I seemed to recover, but noticed stool changes afterwards and continuous pains left side under ribs just before a BM .  
by Christmas 2007 I was having severe uncontrollable panic attacks and arrhythmia.
new years had a CT showed only mild thickening appendix and just held for 2 days, told to resume normal diet.

Everything just got worse,Jan 18  sharp stabbing pains under left rib cage Jan 20th had huge urgency to have BM's all day and at the end saw bloody mucus in stools . .. Had Colonoscopy and EGD  in Feb, was told all looked ok. Repeated the EGD due to pain after eating in May and they found Barrettes, some white plaques and gastritis. Gastric empty study shows delay defogram shows pelvic floor weakness and lack of coordination with sphincter.  Have not had barium enema  (allergic) and also had reaction to gastrografin. In addition to all this, peripheral neuropathy, loss of bladder sensation and severe nocturia, frothy and cloudy urine. ..
BM's come as either raisen sized pellets or as mounds of pancake batter consistency.  No formed stools since December.. So Docs were at a loss as what to do here and told me all this is anxiety?  Now after I have faded so badly they take me a bit more serious.  My out of range labs recently.

Anyone have a clue?

things I found with similar symptoms that are possible, more than one thing going on?

C-diff, poisoning, ischemic bowel, rota virus, autoimmune process, unfound cancer, hiv or syphilis but seronegative, celiac, chrons, sjogrens, lupus, spinal cord lesion, brain injury from head trauma, leptospirosis and a few more..  
perhaps I need to get to someplace like Mayo?
