Loud gurgling, some nausea, gas and bloating

I've been experiencing mild nausea for awhile now with some bloating and gas. Now I guess I can add on loud gurgling going on inside my gut. Anybody else experience this?

Well, but I haven't been able to eat that much. I haven't really overindulged at all this holiday season. I'm not eating that much at all anymore. Today I only ate a dry piece of toast with some tea this morning, a handful of almonds this afternoon and then a small plate of chicken with rice for dinner. That's all I've had today and I'm just gurgling like crazy.
