Lower Belly Pain - Please Help.

Id be grateful if someone can help.

I have severe lower belly abdominal pain and heartburn. The pain is constant and wont go away.

I had a urological operation in May, and as a result my kidneys are distended, but nothing urological can be causing the pain according to my urologist.

My main symptoms are lower abdominal pain in my belly area, and constant heartburn. Pain killers dont take the pain away, and antacids opnly mildly releive the heartburn. Bowel Movements ok

H pylort test negative, endoscopy found nothing of significance and abdominal small intestinal MRI found nothing.

I have a follow up with a gastroenterologist, next week, would be grateful if somoene could please suggest what they think as Ive been off work with this and the pain is calling me a great deal of distress.
