Lower stomach ache

I'm a 17 year old male I've had this dull ache in my lower stomach for about 2 weeks (at first there was a pain in my left testical but the pain has gone now) I only seem to have this pain when it's on my mind if i'm busy I sometimes forget it's there. I've been to the docters and they've said my stomach feels normal i'm going back next week to do a urine sample and blood test. Do you have any ideas as to what it could be? Thanks

My blood and urine results come back normal but the ache is still there, it's a ache in the lower stomach/hip it's annoying more than painful

From the information shared by you it is possible that you are suffering from gastritis. Other causes of your symptoms could be food poisoning, food intolerance, stomach flu etc. Try to take regular fresh well balanced meals. Ensure to snack on plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and include natural yogurt in your diet schedule. This is merely an advice and not a substitute for clinical examination. Keep me posted.
