Both blood counts look pretty normal to me.
Cases of macrocytic anemia - where the MCV is typically above 100 - can be caused by alcohol, vitamin B-12/folate deficiency, or liver disease.
Since the MCV is below 100, it is not likely that you are drinking enough to affect this lab value.
The metabolism of alcohol can vary from person to person, depending on their weight and liver function.
