MIld to Moderate enterogastric reflux, possible bile gastristis

I have been having issues for the last few months, the symptoms are, bloating at night, nausea and dry heaving.  Lately i have been having burning and pain right below my rib cage at my stomach.  But when i usually get sick, i get sick for the whole day after and barely can eat anything.  I have been told i was constipated and it could be ibs-c.  I was given lactulose and take that every few days with water, clear out and go about my day.  But sometimes i still get sick even if i do clear out.

Im on prilosec right now which helped a little, but i still get sick.

I have had an upper endoscopy which showed a little inflammation, but nothing too big, gi doc said probably acid reflux, and a colonoscopy which showed nother other than a begnin baby polyp.

My gi doc gave me the IBS-c diag once all my tests came out clear.  But i was still having issues.

I went to florida and got sick the night before, ended up in the er because of a panic attack due to having to be at the airport a few hours later.  That whole week i was sick whenever i ate, but i was able to keep the food down.  That week i finally started taking the prilosec seriously.
(Funny thing tho, the stomach issues went away when i had solid frozen drinks, almost like clock work, my stomach would feel better when i had a lemon frozen drink (really any other flavor too))

That prompted a hida scan with CCK.  Had that done and tests came out interesting.

"Mild to Moderate enterogastric reflux, raising possiblity of bile gastristis" my GB is working fine it seems, 65% EF.

But could i finally have an actual diagnosis after 6 months of issues?

Few Points:
* Bloating at night, not right after eating, but a couple of hours after wards
* Lactulose works 95% of the time to make me go and lower the symptoms (at first i took it at night and it made me pass a lot of gas, but it helped)
* Prilosec kinda helps, but not much
* Endo showed irritated stomach, colonoscopy showed nothing else wrong.  Could my having to clean out for the colonoscopy removed the bile from my stomach and not shown anything because he was doing both at the same time?
* I keep hearing that Ursodiol helps with bile reflux, could this med with antibiotics clear out the possible gastristis

so i have another question, when i do get sick, my arms and legs seem to get really weak unless i get up and move around, my Blood pressure elevates a bit.  But it only happens when i get sick, my norm BP is under 120/80.  I ended up taking a .25mg xanax and that seemed to have helped and i fell asleep.  Woke up this morning with the same sick to my stomach feeling but no leg weakness as i am at work.

common?

We'll my doc said he did the tests and they all came back negative. Celiac is gluten intolerance correct?

I have read that anything over 75% is high and mine is normal. But then again maybe not. I see my hi doc Friday morning and will get some real answers and hopefully new meds

Your bile ejection fraction is actually a bit elevated and could be the cause of your discomfort. I believe the 'normal' range is considered to be approx. 30-45 per cent. Many individuals who have elevated levels complain of issues similar to what you're experiencing.

In some cases an underlying cause could be due to celiac disease. Have you been tested for that or other gluten-related issues? If you are female - some people will sign in as male when they are not - if you're taking any hormone products, consider switching things around. Hormones can have a big impact on the gall bladder.

Do some research and then discuss your EF with your doc.
