MOBIC- Side effects questions

Ive been on Mobic for about 6 mos... i currently have been having problems and went to the E.R and the free clinic. Free clinic determined IBS, but i dint think about my medication being a cause even though i did mention it to the doctor.  Over the last month i have had bowel problems, nausea with bowel movements, stomach pains, dizziness, confusion, sudden severe pain in back at bottom of ribs on right, severe lower back pain, excessive gas, bloating, stomach noises(grinding gurgling), thinning stool (increasing fiber has helped), on and off persistent nausea, extreme leg fatigue, headaches, feeling faint, feeling like heart is racing when doing standing activities, problems starting to urinate, discomfort with urination (no pain), I am sure there is more but you kind of get lost when its so many things. I haven't taken my mobic for 2 days now and i don't feel as nauseated today. I read DO NOT SUDDENLY STOP TAKING MEDICATION so now i don't know what to do, also now that i wasn't as nauseous today does that rule out any serious damage this could have been or still might be doing? I do not have insurance so i don't know where i should go from here. Any thoughts would help.
