Major Pain in upper abdomen

I have been having major pain in my chest and upper abdomen, went to urgent care, did ekg, which was normal, set up exercise stress test, which was normal.
Last night I had such bad chest pain i ended up in the er. They ran a blood test, ekg, chest xray and ultrasound on my gallbladder, all negative. They sent me home with a prescription for lortab. Today, my stomach is distended, still in pain, even after taking lortab, trouble swallowing and my stomach is really distended but i dont have any sour stomach or gas... I hurt soo bad I want to go back to urgent care... what should I do, what tests should i ask for? Would they have noticed if i had a hiatal hernia when they did the gallbladder ultrasound or would they have had to been looking all over my abdomen? I am really frightened. Thanks for listening

Kiwado,  You should request that a Heptitis panel test be conducted.  This include testing for heptitis A, B, and C.  Your symptoms are somewhat similar to those of hep.  Best wishes
