Malabsorption and Pale Sunken Face

About 4 months I have been having malabsorption. I have lost weight. My face appears pale and cheeks sunken.
I do not have diabetic problem as my sugar level is arond 4.8 to 5.2 (fasting) and 5.5 to 6.2 (non fasting)
My stools sometimes appear to float in the toilet bowl. I sent for casual medical check-up about 4 months ago and my CA 19.9 showed  a reading of 53 when it should be 37 and below. Ever since my blood test I have cut down on raice, cabohydrate food, no coffee/tea/milk and sugar. I went on this diet about 4 month ago soon after I notiv=ced that my CA 19.9 was on the higher side. Other than my weight reduction I feel heathy except for the malabsorption
of food.
I have not gone for another test of CA 19.9. For your information all the rest of 47 tests are within the range. The only one which was on the higher side was the CA 19.9. Am I suffering from Pancreatic Cancer? Why is that my CA 19.9 level is on the higher side?  Is there a chance of this CA 19.9 (tumour marker) result go back to 37 and below during my coming test which is supposed to be next week - that after a lapse of 4 months.
Thank you.
Awaiting your reply soon.
