Mastocytosis/Herpatic Sores

by Hadou, Nov 16, 2008 08:28PM
My mother has Mastocytosis.  She also has sores that are herpatic in nature (blistering, long periods to heal). Is there a connection? Is there a treatment you could advise other than Hydrocortisone?

This discussion is related to 5HIAA 6.8 (slightly elevated) so no carcinoid.. could it be mastocytosis?.
