I hurts and burns in my back between my shoulders is it possible its my gallbladder?

My gallbladder attack was like a low heart attack.  I had squeezing, crushing pain like a band around my low rib cage.  I also had severe pain at that level in my back.  It made me want to lean against something to push on the area of pain.  At times I could not take a deep breath and could not stand up straight.  

Before the actual gallbladder attack, I had many months of nausea and vomiting in the morning with loss of appetite and weight loss.  But you can have sudden onset of symptoms also, and a gallbladder can become gangrenous very quickly.
