Morecombe where are you

I received your email, but I only can see part of it, you say you saw a email on Feb. 22 the case is similar to me, and that's all I can see, I can't see the rest of it. I can't find the feb. 22, para. I recovered a long time, have several bowel per day, but within these 2 weeks, severe constipated again, I am taking overdose medication now, but most of the time not working, sometimes work a little bit seem not empty all. Here the doctor (3 doctor) not suggesting me to do surgery, they say is very dangerous. In HK, most of the doctor say no. don't do the surgery, only one doctor say yes, she is the doctor of the doctor chu (I mentioned before he only aim at money)'s partner.  Now, I don't know how to do!
