Mucus in Stool

About a month ago I had a stomach ache and soon had diarrhea, but when I wiped I noticed there was hardly any "brown" it was just all mucus. I had terrible gas and everytime I passed gas a little mucus came out. The problem went away in a few days, but yesterday the same thing started happening. My stomach hurts, and I have mucus in my stool. My stomach has been gurgling all day and I am wondering why this is happening? Should I see a doctor? Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like you just have common IBS, all the symptoms match, but its always good to check with a doctor first.
