Muscle Spasms/Buttocks

recently i have been experiencing extreme discomfort wit sleeping, walking, ect...I havent had any bad falls or anything but it feels like a strained muscle in my buttocks and it even breaks out into spasms sometimes, its been here for about 3 days now and doesnt seem to be getting better, does anyone have any advice?

I've had the same feelings. Can I ask when you go the bathroom, does it feel like the muscle is pushing hard and makes it hard to go? I get that feeling and burning afterwards and when wiping.
