My 9 year old daughter won't eat solid foods due to sensation in her throat

My daughter who is currently 9 years old, will be 10 soon. My daughter has not been eating solid food for almost a month now due to a sensation in her throat. I believe what started this was when she was eating a hard candy, she accidentally swallowed it and it got stuck in her throat. She was not in any destress, breathed ok, she could swallow. I gave her warm water to dissolve the candy. A day or two later she told me she still had a weird sensation and didn't want to eat anything big.
She had been sick earlier that month with a stomach virus than 2 weeks later a high fever with no other symptoms. I took her to the doctor and they did a test for strep throat,it took some days -was negative. Her throat still bothered her so I took her back to the doctor, just checked her throat and still nothing. The doctor said maybe the candy scratched her throat so he recommended chloraseptic spray.  That only helped for a day or so. After that she slowly started not to eat any solid foods. I informed school counselor what was going on, and she was very concerned. She recommended I take her to ER as not eating solid foods at her age is serious lack of nuturtion. The ER doctor did a Strep Throat Rapid test and it was positive. She was put on antibiotics and I thought after all this, she get back to eating solid foods. After that she continued not eating solid foods and to this day has progressed to only taking liquid food such as smoothies, broths, any thing liquid. She will not take anything with clumps, I have to strain all the liquids or she won't eat it. She won't eat ice cream, yogurt - things that are easy to swallow. She barely takes a spoonful of the liquids. I am very concerned as she has lost weight and I am really scared for my daughter.
I have taken her to doctors, had blood work, tested for H-pylori, x rays of neck and swallow study with barium. All the tests came out negative. Now we are at the point of going to behavioral health to see a therapist.
She tells me she wants to eat, that her body tells her to eat but that the fear of getting food stuck in her throat, the sensation in her throat causes her great fear and is terrified to eat. She cries, gets anger and frustrated she can't eat. I have am trying my best to support her. It has seriously impacted my life as well as my daughters. She won't go to movies, grocery stores because of food, people eating.
I am a graduate student studying my masters social work - mental health concentrated in children and families. I have been researching this, looking through articles of eating disorders, any body sensation disorders and have done some readings in my dsm 5 book. I am just emotionally drained. It is taking a great toll on my daughter's basic needs, her life and her health.  I am hoping she gets to see a therapist this coming week. I like to communicate with other parents who are going through with their children. Any advice would be greatly appreciated it.

Thank you
Claudia
