My ankles and feet are swollen

For the last two days my feet and ankles have been swollen. I'm not in pain at all.
As a matter of fact I just got back from a good week of working out in Florida. I got back home
on tuesday and decided I was going to rest for a few days before I start working out again. I woke up
saturday morning and I noticed my feet and ankles were slighty swollen. I couldn't believe it. The first thing I thought was something was wrong. The swelling has went down some but I'm still not sure what going on.
Should I go to the hospital or should I just wait and see what happens?
