My diarrhea has lasted over two weeks now due to Food Poisoning, What should I do?

For about two weeks now I have had the worst case of diarrhea. I'm not vomiting I
Just going back and fourth to the bathroom every 20 mins. The diarrhea complication came from eating elotes and Mexican Nachos from the food truck. I truly believe the food I ate was contaminated because my body reacted immediately to it. (vomiting and having diarrhea) on Labor Day I went to the ER and they ran some test on me. The DR, which was a Resident Doc, gave me a stool and a blood test. Both results came out negative. I've been a athlete and very active my whole life, so I've never been sick before. I truly know my body and I truly believe it's something else going on. I've tried Imodium which helps for a couple of hours and then it comes right back. I'm not sure what to do anymore. I am eating a very healthy strict diet. They told me that this is a case of Gastronitis and that they didn't want to give me medication for it just nausea medication. But the problem with that is that I'm not nausea at ALL. I am also staying very hydrated to rhe point I'm going to pee every 15-20 mins sometimes. I would love to hear from some of you. I have an appointment with my PC doctor tomorrow I hope to get some answers because I'm in so much pain. What do you guys think?
