My large intestine and two feet of small intestine were removed

I recently had surgery to remove my colon and about 2 feet of my small intestine. The act of having a bm burns so much Otis almost unbearable. And I can eat something that I handles well one day and I have severe diarrhea the next. Can some one please help me I can't see living like this forever

I would seek the help of a really good GI specialist. What part of the country are you in? Cleveland clinic in Ohio has some excellent doctors. There is also Mayo clinic, and John Hopkins. I hope you get some comfort and rest soon, best wishes...
