My uncle has pancreartic cancer

My uncle has pancreatic cancer and now it has spread to his liver? he has been havin pains before he was dignosed for about 3 to 4 months and has recently been dignosed! the doctors haven't told him what they are goin to do to him yet they are taking really long and he has been for about 4 months coping with the pains!
they have told him recently that has spread but no news about what they are going to do to him!
My question is How far rougthly does it take for cancer to spread? and how can my uncle be cured? is there any cure to this cancer????

Valeria, your uncle needs to sit down and have a heart-to-heart talk with his doctors about what is going on. In some cases there are pain specialists that can help to tamp down the pain that occurs with pancreatic cancer.

At the present time I am sorry to say there is unfortunately no cure for this form of cancer.
