Mystery

My 11 y/o son has recently had nausea, stomach pain, decreased appetite, and occasional headaches.  This has gone on for about 3 weeks now.  I took him to our pediatrician who felt that his liver was enlarged.  He ran a panel of blood tests to see how the liver was functioning and what is blood count was.  Then he ordered a CT scan.  Everything came back normal.  My son is still feeling sick.  I am wondering what tests we should look into next and what other possibilities of diagnosis we could look into.  He has only vomited a few times and his activity level seems normal.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
