Hi,
I was wondering if someone could give me some advice concerning my daughter. She has had constant belching for the past 2 years. She has been given an upper GI which came out negative. I took her for some blood work and I was told by the doctor that her Alkaline Phosphatase level should be 450 but it`s over 1100. She belches atleast 50 times aday. I was wondering if anyone would have any idea what would cause the belching along with the high alkaline phosphatase level. I`m at my witts end.Her upper GI showed everyting was negative and now I find out the new results from the blood work and I am even more cocerned. She has an appointment to see a doctor in a month but I don`t know if I should wait that long or if it is something that should be looked at right away. I would appreciate anyone who would have any information.
