NO CONTROL OF STOOLS

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.. EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE AT NIGHT I AM UP 4=8 TIMES CHANGING UNDERWARE AS I HAVE GONE TO THE BATHROOM ON MYSELF. NOT A LOT BUT JUST ENOUGH THAT IT HAS TO BE CHANGED. IF I WAKE UP AND RUN TO THE BATHROOM AND MAKE IT, IT'S NOT A LOT BUT ENOIUGH TO BE ON THE TOLIET. I DON;T KNOW WHAT TO DO ... IT HAPPENS MAYBE ONCE EVRY TWO WEEKS, THEN I GO TO CONSTAPATION WHICH I TAKE PSYLLIUM HUSK FOR AND SEEMS TO DO A GOOD JOB AS IT LET'S ME GO TO THE BATH ROOM .
BUT THESE LOOSE STOOLS ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY, I MAY NOT BE CALLING THEM BY THE RIGHT NAME.
