Nausea, pain in testicles after a bowel movement

Nausea, pain in testicles after a bowel movement

Yes, if a male (age  40-45yrs) is having pain in the testicles for about 2 hours after a bowel movement and is also experiencing nausea, and discharge from penis (no burning or pain of any kind).  Also male has a raised knot between his testicles and rectum.  What could this possibly be?

not an expert but that's pretty dangerous i've heard of the tubes (not to get gross on you..) can get twisted either via injury or they just happen and it actually requires an ER room visit before one of the testicles totally loses blood flow and has to be removed.  I've heard it happens and sometimes they untwist themselves but I would for sure seek medical help asap..also an enlarged prostate  due to backflow could be causing problems as well.  Either ER room or get into a urologist and beg to be seen asap.

(i've read some articles on that..that's pretty scary)
