Nausea and Stomach pain

I have been having nausea and stomach pain for around a week.  It can start in the morning or develop throughout the day.  I am 20 years old if that matters.  The pain is right under my ribs on the left and it tends to feel better if I push on it.  It also happens on the right but not as much.  When it is on the right it is lower and more on my back.  The nausea comes and goes and gets worse after I eat.  I am not eating as much and in the past week I have lost a few pounds.  I don't really have a fever.  I am usually 96 but now I am 98.  My family wants to go camping but I am not sure I should because of this.  As I type this I am feeling sick but also hungry.  I don't want to eat though because I don't want to throw up.  I have been putting off going to the doctor because I don't have much insurance left.  I went to the Dr. last sept. for similar symptoms and was diagnosed with constipation but I know that is not it because I am going everyday.  Is there some kind of test I could get at the dr. to help with these symptoms?

Have a test for H. pylori, which causes inflammation of the stomach, nausea, early satiety, bloating and burping.
