Nausea months after esophageal spasms

I'm a 34 year old male who had esophageal spasms 5 months ago. For a few months following the spasms, I had back pain between my shoulder blades and mid abdominal pain just below my sternum.  I continue to have daily problems with nausea.  I've had the following tests endoscopy, ultrasound, abdominal CT Scan, Gastric emptying scan, Barium swallow with small bowel follow through, gall bladder function scan, and blood work.  Everything comes back normal.  I'm on Reglan and it seems to help some, but has not completely alleviated the nausea.  My doctor recently tried Librax in substitution of Reglan and within hours I experienced severe nausea that took days to recover to pre Librax conditions.  Has anyone else experienced these symptoms?  I'm desperate for help.

Yes, I was diagnosed with esophageal spasms in July, but they didn't use any test.  Can you tell me more about the test that you are having performed.  My original symptoms included severe chest pain...I could feel my esophagus tighten up during each spasm.  They put me on Nexium and that stopped (at least seems to have) the spasms, but I continued to have a dull mid abdominal and back pain.  The nausea still occurs daily, but the severity waxes and wanes.  Nobody knows what caused the spasms, but I had no nausea prior to the spasms.  I mentioned all the tests previously that I've been through and we've tried Protonix (similar to Nexium) but the acid reflux medications don't seem to help the nausea.

I wanted to let you know my mom was prescribed Reglan for acid reflux (it's only for short term use)
after being on this medication for 8 weeks her hands start to shake at times (I thought she was developing Parkinson's) and she ended up with a frozen shoulder. (She had therapy for 6 weeks to correct her shoulder) You can rsearch this drug and find out more.

Have you been diagnosed with spasms?  I have the same symptoms and I thought it was gastroperesis.  I am having esophageal spasms test on 12/13.  But gastric emptying tests came back negative.  Can you tell me more about your symptoms and what you have been through?
