You should see a doctor to have this checked out.  I know - easier said than done with our busy lives.  I had nausea and loss of appetite for months and months, and then this was joined with vomiting every morning, and that lasted for many more months.  I was annoyed by this and doubted diagnosis would be easy - surely they would say it was stress.  I only got my diagnosis because I had to see a general surgeon.  The general surgeon asked why I was so thin, and I mentioned the nausea and vomiting.  He pulled his ultrasound machine out and checked my upper abdomen.  Right there on the spot he diagnosed me with gallstones.  I had surgery about 2 weeks later.  I was full of stones and my gallbladder was very inflammed.

You could also have other conditions, such as acid reflux or even a peptic or duodenal ulcer, or other problems.  Abdominal pain is rarely diagnosed as quickly as mine, but write down all your symptoms and how and when they occur.  This may give the MD clues.
