Just for the past week, at some point throughout the day I am feeling slightly dizzy and nauseaous as well as burping and almost feeling like I'm going to be sick to my stomach. It seems to be happening mostly after I eat. I am eating very healthy, fruits, veggies, lean proteins.... This has never happened before and it is lasting for 4-6 hours and has been every day for about a week. It is a new thing. What possible reason could there be for this?
You mention "eating healthy" with a lot of veggies and fruits. Is this a relatively new diet for you? If so, the increased fiber could easily be the culprit. Don't forget that your body also needs a certain amount of fats to maintain good health. Cutting out fat altogether can do a number on your gallbladder as well.
