Nauseous after I eat, dizzy, fatigued, sometimes constipated, bout with tachycardia (Any help is greatly appreciated)

24 yr. old male/ 4 years ago I went in for an upper GI and a sonogram. Everything came back ok (no ulcers etc.) Diagnosis: Prescribed nexium because stomach made too much acid. I managed to live with the nausea for years of and on (especially in the morning and after eating lunch) I would also feel full and could only eat <75% of my lunch. 8 months ago I had severe dehydration after a night of drinking alcohol and no water. I stayed home and drank gatorade; for a whole week I was dizzy, faint, and really nauseas all throughout the day. Nursed back to health and everything was fine. Also, off and on I have been constipated (straining bowel movement / anal fissures; few hemorrhoids). Two weeks ago I didn't get much sleep, drank a few beers. That night I had to use my inhaler since I am asthmatic (I also quit smoking about 10 months ago). The albuterol made me feel like my heart jolted (tachycardia). After 3 days of palpitations and being nauseous, saw a family physician (came back irregular holter monitor). Sent to cardiologist who ran echo sound/ stress test which all came back fine. Later, ended up in ER for chest pains. They ran blood work and gave me a chest X-ray (both came back fine). I'm still feeling dizzy, nauseous, fatigued, and almost lethargic. Heart seems ok. Also, I have noticed that my stools have been a very light tan color. Thinking of seeing a GastroEnt. Also just a few days ago my left jaw started to hurt. Heard of these symptoms together? Suggestions?

I agree with the GI referral.  The upper GI is a good initial test, but not as comprehensive as an endoscopy - and I would suggest this.  An endoscopy can more conclusively rule out an ulcer or inflammation of the upper digestive tract.

Tan stools can be indicative of biliary duct obstruction.  The negative ultrasound is reassuring.  I would also obtain liver function tests to ensure the bilirubin is normal.

These options can be discussed with your GI physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

I am just wondering here, but have you had your minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium) tested?  If these are off, you can have the dizziness, fatigue, palpitations.  I am not sure about the stool color issue.

Also, it sounds like you have had some issues with dehydration?  I know that I, personally, lack the natural "urge" to drink (thirst) until I am absolutely parched.  Since I do not have the natural urge to drink water, I have to force myself to drink water when I don't desire it.  My dr. told me that my urine should be clear when enough liquids have been consumed.  He also told me that gatorade mixed 50/50 with water is a good drink when you are dehydrated.

I know that by just increasing my water intake (and not being "technically" dehydrated), that some of my dizziness and fatigue has improved quite a bit.

Try getting your gall bladder tested. It's called a HIDA scan. I had wierd symptoms like that and found out my GB was bad. I guess I'm going to get it taken out - just found out yesterday.
