Need Help/suggestions

For the last 6 mos My WBC and Sed rate have been elevated. With this I have been getting problems I never had before and feeling worse I have had every blood tests ,blood cultures, urine tests, urine cultures, even a bone marrow biopsy, colonoscopy and endoscopy all tests negative except for an ulcer. Being treated for now. . .The ulcer  should be healed by now with the meds. I have many other things going on but  I am getting worse and nobody has an answer. Can't eat unless I take pain and nausea pills, and then only a little. I have lost 25lbs. Now the pain meds I take aren't working for the pain in my stomach. I also have hemocromatosis which is being treated.  I am on hydrocodone/APAP 10mg/325.I am moving to FL in a few weeks.  Any suggestions or help will be appreciated it.
