Need advice urgent

I have had 2 black stools.  I have also had abdominal pain.  For about 3-4 days I took  Ibuprofen for pain relief after temporary crowns were put on 2 teeth.  I am Epileptic & take Lamictal & Keppra.
Also, I have been very "gassy" feeling & constipated.  Once I have a bowel movement the feeling goes away.  Should I see a doctor?  How soon & what type?  I don't have a primary care physician per se.

I am leaving town tomorrow.  If I need to see a dr do you think I can wait until Monday?

stop taking ibuprofen. this will irritate the lining of the stomach.
take prilosec, available otc now. avoid soft drinks, spicy foods, pepper.
Bleeding from stomach causes black stools, so does pepto bismol.
you might have a small ulcer, get checked monday unless things
get worse.  try tums, this will help also.

If you don't have to have a PCP refer you, go to a specialist. Look up gastroenterology doctors in your area. Some of them have ratings on the web. But you really need to see someone. Black stools are not normal and your stomach/intestines need to be checked. I don't know if it can wait until Monday but if your symptoms or pain gets worse, go to the ER.
