5years ago, I was diagnosed with IBS. Clearly at first the only symptoms that I had were bloating, loose stools, pain that kills like you having a "baby" and once I use the bathroom i felt a little better. But things started to get worst, I had a colon check in 07. the doctor said it was fine but i needed a small bowel x-ray. The doctor I go to, refuse to send me to a stomach doctor to get seen, and I never got bowel x-ray either. Now as of today, I suffer with Chronic pain in the stomach lower right area, and sometimes when the pain increases, it hits the whole stomach. I've been in the hospital twice for this due to severe pain. The doctors at the Er couldn't find anything on the CAT, MRI, and they did blood work. Couldn't find anything. I don't think this is right, otherwise I wouldn't be in such pain. Or don't know when the pain will happen again. I don't have fever
, lots of weakness before remission hits, vomiting sometimes, and the feeling that I cannot do anything. I don't have insurance , so this is why I cannot see a stomach doctor. My parents know that there is something seriously wrong. I went back to my same doctor, he is so conviced that it is only IBS. I guess my answer to anyone in the medical field, what do you do when you don't have health insurance, and how Can I get the right diagnosed by a special gastroenterologist. By the way my grandfather did had Crohn's. I have all the symptoms, but cannot get any answers. Thank-you for your help.
