I will always have them in the evening will wake up with severe stomach pains and my hands and feet are bright red my face will be red. My head will itch sometimes my hands and feet will itch. I may have a few hives. Once I get all the diarrhea out it all goes away. I will feel drained and tired for a few days. I've been tested for allergies and I have none. Also while I'm having when of these episodes I feel wierd and continue to have the svere stomach pains. Does anyone know what this coul be?

It really does sound like a food reaction.  I am a Nutritionist, and I have had bowel problems and food sensitivities for years.  Food sensitivities and food allergies are 2 different things.  You need to find a doctor that tests for food sensitivities.  There is a doctor in New York that I have seen on Oprah and other programs who wrote a fantastic book many years ago called, "Is This Your Child?."  Her name is Doris Rapp I believe.  There are children who test negative for food allergies, yet when she does these tests that are different from traditional allergy testing, she finds that these kids will have physical AND cerebral reactions.  They'll become hyper, or angry, or cry uncontrollably, and some times have physical reactions as well.  Check out the book, find out what the food sensitivity tests are called, and find a Holistic M.D. that does them.  In the meantime, cut out the most common allergins and see if the problem goes away.  No tree nuts or peanuts, No soy or wheat, No dairy.  Stay away from packaged, processed foods.  You can find lots of things to eat on such a diet if you shop at The Whole Foods Market.  And while your there, ask the people who work there is there is a good Health Food Restaurant in the area.  You'll be able to find lots of foods to eat there too.  Another good place for people to eat who are on healthy diets is Outback.  Order the grilled salmon with brown and wild rice and grilled vegetables.  Get used to eating healthy.  For example here is a daily diet...Steel cut oats and fresh fruit for breakfast, a sandwhich made with lunch meat that has no preservitives or additives & bread that is wheat-free for lunch (along with a raw salad with olive oil and balsalmic vinegar), brown rice with stir-fried vegetables and chicken for dinner.  Get it?  I hope this helps.
