New GI Tracker! - MedHelp has just released a new GI Tracker which is simple to use ...
The new GI Tracker is so easy to use and will track GI
Disorders
Adjustment disorder
Anorexia nervosa
Asperger syndrome
Autism
Autoimmune disorders
Bipolar disorder
Bleeding disorders
Borderline personality disorder
Copd (chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder)
Chronic motor tic disorder
Conversion disorder
such as:
Diverticulitis
Celiac Disease
GERD
Ulcerative
Colitis
Colitis
Irritable bowel syndrome
Ischemic colitis
Necrotizing enterocolitis
Salmonella enterocolitis
Ulcerative colitis
Crohn's
IBS
To add the tracker:
Go to the "Home" Personal Page from any page (on top-- the little house)
Go to the Yeloow "My Trackers"
Scroll down to the GI Tracker
Then start tracking your symptoms.
I've started one for my son's recent episodes with severe abdominal pain - they think it's
infectious
Infectious mononucleosis
Infectious mononucleosis #3
Infectious endocarditis
in nature. I've added journals to mark the beginning of meds or events such as ER Visit.
