Nigt sickness

Nigt sickness

This has happened twice in the last 2 weeks...After 3-4 alcoholic drinks I go to bed.  I wake up 3 hours later feeling like I have the flu with nausea, chills, etc.  I cannot decide if I need to have a bowel movement or vomit.  I have a bowel movement and immediately fell 100% better.  What could this be caused from?  I have never had an issue with drinking 3-4 drinks (in terms of hangovers, puking, etc), and it is not all that common of an occurance.  I did think I might be pregnant last month but test was negative.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I would recommend that you talk to your gastroenterologist about this.  It may be just that you body can no longer tolerate that much alcohol.
