I had a nissan over two years ago and I have vomited several times. I know that it is not good to vomit, but when something needs to come out, I thought it would. I've had ten surgeries in two years and the last one in May, my intestines would not work and the bile backed up into my stomach and believe me, I threw up like Linda Blair in the Exorcist. I have had nausea off and on and I know how you feel about not being able to vomit. Maybe your nissan is too tight. Have you had a gastroscope to check this out.Severe vomiting ( I've been told) can cause your nissan to possibly slip and you don't want that. My surgeon gave me supposotories for my nausea. You really should see a doctor about the nausea. I had some complications from my surgery, but the nissan worked wonders for me. Best wishes.
