Nissen Fundoplication Problem

I am a 49 year old white woman who had a Nissen Fundoplication 15 months ago.  i am dieting and trying to eat healthier.  It appears that the healthier I eat the more gas I am building up.  The gas becomes unbearable and even causes me to have dry heaves.  What can I do?

If you are unable to burp or throw up. Then gases can build up and cause a lot of pressure and distention in that area!!! If you are able to burp or throw up then i'm not sure what could be causeing the issue! I had a nissen and then a second surgery i had it redone into a toupet, which are not used a lot except for patients with Achalasia (me).
