Dear dah,
Your physician has excluded the common causes for your symptoms.  Direct visualization of the region has ruled out structural abnormalities.  You should ask the doc, if it is possible that your problem is related to anal sphincter dysfunction.
This information is presented for educatuional purposes.  Ask specific questions to your personal physician.
