Not sure if I should go to the er.

I’m 24 and am having HORRIBLE PAIN on my right lower abdomen. It’s very sharp and hurts when I move. It hurts to push on it too. I do not have a fever. Should I wait to see my doctor in the morning and go to the er ASAP?

Well, it's 6 hours later, but I probably would have gone to the ER if this was lasting awhile as it could possibly be appendicitis.
