Obscure Gastro problem

Yearly once blood motions occuring, initially black and smeelly during Aprial  from last 3 years.Every time one or two packets of blood to be transfused as Hameoglobin is falling to 7.In Endoscopy, Colonoscopy and abdonimal ultra sound  no problem was identified and all are normal. One doctor has said it is Obscure Gastro problem. Capsule endoscopy required to identify in small intrestines and also said that at the time of problem it will give correct picture. Kindly suggest methods for identifing the problem.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I agree with your doctor that a capsule endoscopy (also known as the smart pill) is needed to see if the bleeding is happening in your small intestine where the endoscopy and colonoscopy can't reach.
