Odd Endoscopy mystery :) Please help

I'm 42yrs - female. Had an endoscopy and colonoscopy (although doc said he didn't go all the way up - is that normal??) He said I had gastritis in stomach and duodenum.
Here's my big question - he said that my stomach was UNUSUALLY smooth. Unrelated to the gastritis completely.
No H Pylori after the test.
I had blood test for ANEMIA - came back negative - he is testing me for Pernicious Anemia - is THAT a possibility?
If it is NOT what else could cause an unusually smooth stomach? Also - he said that most patients have only 1oz of fluid in stomach I had closer to 4 1/2 oz. I am constantly exhausted, memory loss. Tired Tired Tired. THANK YOU FOR ANY INPUT. I'm kind of annoyed i went through entired Colon Cleanse and he didn't do full colonoscopy too. Thanks.
